Four Springs Ranch

Four Springs Ranch, Inc. is a privately owned horse ranch where we enjoy time with family and friends. Nestled in the hills west of downtown Dallas, Oregon, we enjoy a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by abundant wildlife and natural beauty.

Four Springs Ranch was founded in 1980 by David and JoAnn Oswald, but the property dates back over 200 years to a time when it was operated as a sheep farm. Parts of the original barn are incorporated into the construction of the present barn and riding arena. More recently the ranch was operated as a commercial fishery, a custom horse tack store, and horse boarding, training and lessons.

Four Springs Ranch was purchased by Loni Barrett in 2013 and sold to the present owners in 2020. We take care to preserve and honor the past here on this beautiful ranch. Learn more about the history of Four Springs Ranch.

The property has plenty of water with four natural springs (thus the name Four Springs Ranch), a 2 acre private lake and 3 smaller ponds. Lauterman Creek flows through the property on two sides.
